Hi. After a pretty awesome first week of practice, my left knee started to hurt: the truth being that i had acquired an injury to my knee some 6 years ago playing football in England. It definitely was my fault because i was unequipped. And i could have been learning hard to complete my Bachelors degree(...).
I have reluctantly given up practice to my knees (mainly, squats): Lower parts. But hopefully, its going to get better. I pray it goes well. All the best Farewell. Peace be with you. XX
