Hello, I've had a NordicTrack 1750 for more than a year now. Generally, I have tended to do manual workouts, setting my pace and incline based on whatever half marathon training program I was doing at the time and only doing a built-in workout on my cross-training or rest days. I'd like to go through the built-in workouts (the standard ones, I don't have an iFit subscription), but I dislike not knowing before starting what the paces and inclines and times at each will be. Is there a list of these somewhere online? I've googled numerous times but have not found something that details what those workouts entail. The graph that each provides just isn't detailed enough, and I'd like to know if I'll be running at 3mph (an easy workout) at the peak or 8 mph (I'd be sprinting) at the peak if I follow the workout.
